OPTION 1: LEADERSHIP READINESS & STRATEGY DESIGN SESSION

A focused strategy session that helps leaders reset, clarify priorities, and leave with a practical plan for what comes next. 

This option is designed for leaders and teams that need focused support without committing to a longer coaching engagement right away. It is especially useful for presidents, vice presidents, assistant and associate vice presidents, directors, department heads, and managers who are stepping into a new role, preparing for a major transition, resetting expectations with a team, responding to new challenges, or seeking clarity in a demanding season. It also works well as an entry point for leaders who want to experience TBD’s approach before moving into a longer engagement.

OPTION 2: SIGNATURE INDIVIDUAL LEADERSHIP COACHING

 

A high-touch coaching engagement for leaders who want practical thought partnership, stronger leadership habits, and a clear path forward. 

 

This option is designed for individual leaders who are ready to grow with intention and increase their strategic impact. It is especially well-suited for presidents, vice presidents, assistant and associate vice presidents, directors, deans, managers, and other senior or emerging leaders who are navigating transition, increased responsibility, difficult team dynamics, culture challenges, or complex decision-making. It is also a strong fit for leaders who want a trusted partner to help them think clearly, act intentionally, and stay accountable over time.

  • One extended launch session focused on coaching readiness, goal setting, and strategic road mapping aligned with immediate, short-term, and long-term priorities 

  • Bi-weekly 50-minute one-to-one coaching sessions throughout the engagement 

  • On-demand touch-base support via email, phone, and text for timely questions and practical support 

  • A curated suite of assessments based on goals and needs, which may include leadership style, values, strengths, inclusive leadership behaviors, emotional intelligence, accountability, and decision-making 

  • Curated leadership resources, tools, and reflection prompts to support growth between sessions

A guided coaching and team development engagement that helps leaders and their teams strengthen trust, alignment, communication, and shared leadership. 

 

This option is designed for a senior leader and their core team when the goal is not only to support the leader, but also to strengthen how the team works together. It is a strong fit for executive teams, divisional leadership groups, department leadership teams, and cross-functional groups that want to improve collaboration, build shared direction, increase accountability, and create stronger alignment around goals and priorities. It is especially valuable during periods of transition, growth, restructuring, or culture reset.

  • Everything is included in Signature Individual Leadership Coaching for the team leader 

  • Full team discovery assessment and debrief 

  • One half-day virtual team retreat with a post-retreat team roadmap and practical strategies (in-person retreat can be negotiated)

  • Facilitated 75-minute team coaching and learning sessions scheduled throughout the engagement, generally about every other month, with cadence finalized based on engagement length and calendar 

  • TBD 30/60/90 team planning template and guide

A short-term learning engagement that gives leaders or staff practical support on the topics that matter most right now.

This option is designed for organizations that want focused learning and development support without launching a full coaching or assessment engagement. It works well for leadership teams, departments, divisions, staff groups, or cross-functional units that need practical learning tied to a current challenge, a strategic priority, or a period of change. It is a strong fit for organizations seeking a mix of facilitated learning, coaching, and discussion that helps participants reflect, align, and take practical action.

This engagement includes a set of virtual learning sessions that combine facilitated teaching, reflection, discussion, and applied coaching. Topics are identified collaboratively with the client and shaped by available organizational information, current priorities, and the audience’s needs. Sessions may focus on leadership readiness, communication, team alignment, navigating change, accountability, trust, strategic goal implementation, culture, belonging, or other targeted leadership and organizational themes.

 

Includes:

  • Collaborative planning with the team leader or sponsor to identify focus areas

  • A customized session design for each learning session

  • Virtual facilitation (in-person delivery can be negotiated)

  • Practical tools, reflection prompts, and post-session follow-up resources

  • Brief planning or debrief support with the team leader as needed

OPTION 5: ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND READINESS ASSESSMENT

This option is designed for divisions, departments, organizations, or multi-unit areas that need a clearer picture of leadership effectiveness, organizational health, and future readiness. It is especially valuable when leaders are preparing for strategic planning, significant change, restructuring, growth, culture reset, or a new phase of leadership development. This engagement provides organizations with grounded insight into strengths, challenges, opportunities, and priority actions, so that future decisions are informed, credible, and aligned.

 

This engagement is designed to assess organizational leadership and strategic readiness through a structured process of data collection, review, analysis, and facilitated sense-making. The work is customized to the organization’s context and may include reviewing existing organizational data, conducting listening sessions, surveys, observations, and facilitated conversations with key stakeholders. The goal is to surface meaningful patterns, identify strengths and pressure points, and provide clear recommendations that support stronger alignment, healthier culture, and practical strategic action.

  • Review of relevant organizational materials and existing data

  • Customized readiness survey

  • Listening sessions and stakeholder conversations

  • Observations, as appropriate to the scope

  • Analysis of themes, opportunities, and organizational dynamics

  • Leadership and Organizational Readiness Report with findings, strengths, challenges, emerging priorities, and recommendations

  • One presentation of findings to the leadership team, staff, or another agreed-upon audience, with the final audience determined in advance in partnership with the team leader
