What is the TBD Membership?

The TBD Membership (TBDM) is a leadership development experience for the whole leader. It helps managers and team leaders grow intentionally, strengthen their leadership, and stay grounded amid the real pressures of leadership. Through practical tools, guided learning, live sessions, and reflection, members build the capacity to live and lead with purpose. While many of our members come from higher education and healthcare, the membership is designed for leaders across industries who want practical development that fits the work.

Who is this membership for?

This membership is for managers, directors, emerging senior leaders, and experienced professionals who are responsible for people, decisions, and results, and want support that helps them lead well without losing themselves in the process.

What does the membership include?

Do I need to participate live every month?

No. The membership is designed for real life. Live participation is encouraged, but not required. Members can engage in ways that fit their schedules, paces, and seasons of leadership. Recordings and resources are available on demand, and the guided roadmap helps make the experience manageable and practical.

What’s the value compared to other leadership programs?

Unlike one-time workshops or expensive conferences, the TBD Membership provides ongoing leadership development that leaders can actually apply in real time. What support is available to members?

How much does the membership cost?

All TBD prices have been reduced for 2026 and these new rates take effect on July 1, 2026.

Founding Member Rates: (through June 2026)

  • Individual: $300/year (Regular rate: $499/year) 

  • Team Core (up to 10 people): $6,000/year (Regular $7,500/year) 

  • Team Enhanced (up to 25): $8,000/year (Regular rate: $9,500)

  • Enterprise (25+ custom): Starting at $15,000/year

How do I pay for the membership?

We offer secure and convenient payment options through our customized ThriveCart checkout pages, which accept major credit cards and PayPal. For organizations that prefer to use Purchase Orders or request invoicing, please email angela@transformationbydesign.co to coordinate your registration and payment processing directly.

When does the program begin?

The next TBDM Cohort will launch on July 1, 2026

Is there an application process?

No, a formal application is not required for Individual or Team Core/Enhanced memberships. Custom Enterprise memberships will include a short intake to tailor support to organizational goals and personalize the overall experience.
