Most up-to-Date DEI Practices, Sensitive to Cultural Context and Multi-Dimensional Approach! Global Programs and University Life sought to engage a consultant to understand better how diversity, equity, and inclusion were permeating our colleagues around the world. This already complex work is almost overwhelming with colleagues on six continents and 13 campuses. Batista Consulting was the only firm we considered engaging for three distinct reasons.   • Overview: Developed and facilitated inclusive leadership learning sessions for senior leaders and middle managers

  • Approach: Delivered tailored leadership development workshops for administrators and faculty, focusing on inclusivity, collaboration, and long-term planning. Conducted a comprehensive assessment to identify key improvement areas and innovation opportunities.
