What is the TBD Membership?
The TBD (Transformation by Design) Membership is a purpose-driven leadership development program for higher education and healthcare leaders. Created by Dr. Angela Batista, it offers a monthly structure of leadership learning, practical implementation tools, and peer connection to help individuals and teams grow their leadership capacity during complex and changing times.
Who is this membership for?
The program is designed for mid-level and senior leaders—including Directors, AVPs, VPs, and other experienced professionals—who want a structured, manageable way to grow their leadership while staying grounded in their purpose.
What does the membership include?
Each month, members receive:

Do I need to participate live every month?
No, not at all. Live participation is encouraged but not required. All resources and session recordings are available on demand. You can move through content at your own pace with support along the way.
How much does the membership cost?
Founding Member Rates:

Individual: $670/year or $67/month (Regular rate: $970/year or $97/month)

Team Core (up to 10 people): $6,500/year or $597/month (Regular $9,500/year or $897/month)

Team Enhanced (up to 25): $10,500/year or $997/month (Regular rate: $15,500/year or $1,497/month)

Enterprise (25+ custom): Starting at $25,000/year with 10–20% off introductory rates
How do I pay for the membership?
We offer secure and convenient payment options through our customized ThriveCart checkout pages, which accept major credit cards and PayPal. For organizations that prefer to use Purchase Orders or request invoicing, please email angela@transformationbydesign.co to coordinate your registration and payment processing directly.
What’s the value of this membership compared to other leadership programs?
Unlike one-time workshops or expensive conferences, the TBD Membership is a continuous, flexible learning environment designed for real-life leadership. You receive monthly strategic tools, direct access to expert guidance, and support from a peer community—all at a significantly lower cost.
Is there a certification or credential?
While the initial focus is on development and application, badges and certificates are awarded for completion of each Transformation Path™ stage. We’re also exploring credentialing options as the membership evolves.
When does the program begin?
We officially launch on July 16, 2025. Founding Members will receive a personal onboarding and orientation from Angela Batista and the TBD team.
Is there an application process?
No, a formal application is not required for Individual or Team Core/Enhanced memberships. Custom Enterprise memberships will include a short intake to tailor support to organizational goals.
What support is available to members?
You’ll receive monthly emails guiding your next steps, direct support from the TBD team, and access to live sessions and community dialogue spaces. Optional coaching and team implementation planning are available for Team and Enterprise tiers.
